frequently asked questions

This is a one-on-one powerful session spanning into 2-3 hours with key healthcare decision-makers, designed to deliver a professional presentation of our projects, supported by our internal files along with practice management session

With 29 years of experience in the market, we as management consultants have successfully executed hundreds of projects delivering exceptional outcomes. We maintain extensive project files, which we show to our prospective clients to help them identify gaps, refine their practices, copy some of the ideas from previous projects executed and stay updated

No, Attendance is strictly limited to the CEO or members of the Board of Directors, as the session involves highly confidential project discussions. No employees, including appointed CEOs, COOs, CFOs, VPs, general managers, or other staff, will be permitted to participate in this PMS session.

Once a project is signed, we immediately conduct a SWOT analysis to identify practice, marketing, and administrative leakages that are silently draining growth. In many organizations, however, senior managers and teams resist this process. Often, managers have either not been properly trained or operate within rigid internal “sub-cultures” that discourage transparency and block change. Such resistance is one of the biggest reasons why healthcare organizations continue to face avoidable losses. Our methodology is designed to break through these barriers, align teams with organizational goals, and ensure that corrective strategies are not only identified but also successfully implemented for measurable impact.

We will be covering three main subjects in this agenda

LEAN HEALTHCARE, ORGANISATIONAL CULTURE &
8 WASTES OF HEALTHCARE

LEAN HEALTHCARE

This is a world-class management system from Japan which, when applied to healthcare, eliminates most invisible errors and transforms the entire system into a more robust and efficient model

ORGANISATIONAL CULTURE

Every organization has its own culture, and this culture determines whether the organization thrives with strong profits or struggles with inefficiency. Many practices face low margins due to unhealthy cultures. In this session, we will provide an overview of Organizational Culture (OC) and share insights on how to effectively embed it within your practice

8 WASTES OF HEALTHCARE

It is estimated that 35–40% of healthcare expenses are lost to ‘waste,’ stemming from the eight categories of waste identified in Japanese Lean Management. These inefficiencies directly eat into healthcare profits. In this session, we will briefly highlight these waste areas, show where mistakes most often occur, and help you recognize and avoid such pitfalls in your own practice.

PROJECTS OVERVIEW

A key part of the agenda will be a comprehensive full file presentation, where we will show the actual internal files we use in our projects, which can easily be copied

PMS sessions are conducted in hotels in your place to ensure privacy and allow CEOs or board members to focus without distractions. When held within healthcare premises, CEOs—especially doctors—often get diverted by patients and staff, making it difficult to concentrate fully. Moreover, managers and staff should not be aware of such project discussions, as confidentiality is critical to ensure the project’s success
